Job Title: Sales Administrator
Location: Towcester
Salary: up to £28,000

About the Role
Join our client’s close-knit team as aSales Administrator, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the sales and administration functions. You’ll be responsible for processing orders, generating quotes, and maintaining system accuracy - all with a keen eye for detail.
This is a fast-paced role where you’ll manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams in a technical B2B environment. If you’re highly organised, thrive under pressure, and enjoy delivering exceptional service, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and send customer quotations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Process orders efficiently, coordinating invoicing and shipping arrangements.
  • Maintain and update sales & marketing systems with precision.
  • Verify and process customer information and purchase orders.
  • Liaise with scheduling and other departments to reflect real-time updates.
  • Handle incoming calls and respond to sales enquiries professionally.
  • Support the Sales and Purchasing teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to senior management when needed.
  • Adapt to additional tasks as required by the business.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience insales administrationor a similar role.
  • Ability to interpret complexcomponent BOMs (Bills of Materials).
  • Strongcommunication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency inMicrosoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity withSageor similar software is advantageous.
  • Excellenttime managementandorganisational skills.
  • A proactive approach with acustomer-focused mindset.
