Job summary

Just Temps is recruiting a Sales Administrator for a client based in Ipswich, Suffolk on a temp-to-perm basis. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours weekly, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with some flexibility.

The starting pay rate is £15.38 per hour. You will be the main point of contact for the commercial sales team, identifying customer requirements and driving sales of spares for our machinery range, while supporting projects from enquiry through installation and after-sales support.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience would be preferred but not essential
• Proven administration experience
• Flexible and willing to learn new tasks within the department
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Commercial awareness with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals, quotations, equipment specifications, and cost estimates

Sales Administrator - We're currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join our client based in Ipswich Suffolk on a temp to perm basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within manufacturing. The role will initially be a temporary position for up to 12 weeks and for the right candidate will go permanent!

About the Role:

The role is to be the point of contact to join the commercial sales team. You will be responsible for identifying customer requirements and driving sales of spares for our machinery range, machine & service works. This is a full-time role, Monday Friday, day shift, 37.5 hours per week, 8am 4.30pm (some flexibility with start and finish times). The starting pay rate is £15.38 per hour.
