Job summary

Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited is recruiting for a sales administration role near Maldon, Essex. This position offers a steady 37.5-hour week, a starting salary around 29k, and a discretionary bonus.

You’ll support customers, prepare quotes, raise POs, coordinate with suppliers and assist with returns and invoicing in a busy manufacturing environment. The role requires strong office administration, the ability to learn technical information, and experience with quoting and invoicing;

Qualifications

• Strong office admin experience.
• Able to learn technical information.
• Experience with quoting and invoicing.
• Ideally experience within a manufacturing or engineering sector.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing customer enquiries and identifying required parts.
• Preparing quotes and managing the process.
• Raising purchase orders and coordinating with suppliers.
• Organising dispatch and delivery details.
• Supporting warranty claims, returns and credit notes.
• Maintaining part information and pricing within the ERP system.
• Preparing files for invoicing and contributing to monthly meetings.
