Position: Sales Administrator

Reports To: Sales Office Manager

Role: Temp 6 Months

Start: ASAP

Hours: Full time 9.00 am - 5.00 pm

Salary: £12.80 per hour

Location: Basildon, Essex

Our client: Our client is a well-established family business that has been trading for over 50 years. They have grown to become one of the UK's leading importers and wholesale distributors of a wide range of everyday value products. Their mission is to source and supply products at the price and quality the market demands, and to deliver them to customers with speed, efficiency, and accuracy.

The role: We are looking for someone to come in for 6 months to carry out the following in our client's busy Sales Office:

  1. Investigating Returns
  2. Credits
  3. Invoicing
  4. Showroom Invoices
  5. Tradeshow Figures
  6. Amazon Invoicing
  7. Returns (UK reps & customer)

We are looking for someone with good computer skills, invoicing, and customer service experience.

Monday - Friday 09.00 - 17.00 (36.25 hours per week)
