Job summary

Masstemps Ltd is recruiting an experienced Sales Account Manager for a busy manufacturing business in Kidderminster. The role focuses on managing a portfolio of existing customer accounts, identifying new opportunities, and delivering against sales targets while ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a proven sales track record in a similar industry, with strong relationship-building and proposal-writing skills.

Qualifications

• Experience managing accounts and building long-term relationships.
• Ability to work to KPIs and targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities by researching accounts and understanding contact structures for product marketing.
• Write proposals/quotations and present them to potential customers.
• Develop and grow relationships with existing accounts by providing information on products and services.
• Work to KPI targets set by management and report progress weekly.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to order processing, dispatch and follow-up.
