Business Developer / Sales Development Representative

What a wonderful role! This post is newly created due to business demand, and it's a varied and exciting role where you will work closely with the sales manager to handle incoming sales enquiries and oversee the onboarding of new clients until the delivery of their first order.

Responsibilities
  1. Managing Customer Accounts: Maintaining relationships with existing customers and building strong relationships with new customers.
  2. Sales Planning: Collaborating with the sales manager to create and track the sales plan.
  3. Attending Meetings: Preparing for and participating in meetings with the sales manager.
  4. Presenting Products: Demonstrating products online or in person.
  5. Sales Administration: Managing the sales email account, logging incoming leads, and tracking actions taken.
  6. Marketing Research: Gathering information on product innovations and competitor activities.

You will actively manage all incoming leads, identify actions to be taken by yourself or the sales manager, and handle all associated administration and diary management.
