Job summary

Chase and Holland in Lincoln is seeking a Sales Account Executive to join its growing sales team. This role focuses on selling, building relationships and meeting targets, without the feel of a faceless call centre.

You will receive full product training, work closely with experienced Field Sales colleagues and have the opportunity to earn a strong commission based on the team's success. If you’ve got good telephone experience and the right attitude, they’ll teach you the products.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and telephony tools.
• Good telephone experience and ability to engage customers.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and prospects.
• Driven with a clear target focus and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with existing customers and new prospects.
• Make proactive outbound sales calls (warm calls only).
• Handle inbound enquiries by phone, email and website.
• Identify sales opportunities and develop your territory.
• Produce and manage customer quotations.
• Process orders.
• Work closely with your Field Sales Partner.
• Liaise with other departments to deliver a great customer experience.
