ALH Recruitment is recruiting for a Sales Executive with strong Account Management skills in Kings Lynn. This fast-paced, phone-based role handles inbound enquiries, converts leads, and delivers high levels of customer service.

You will build rapport quickly, understand customer requirements, and secure profitable business while maintaining service standards. Proactive selling and sharp objection handling are expected.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales calls and convert enquiries into orders.
• Maximise revenue and profit on every call.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Capture customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Follow up quotes and outbound opportunities to secure business.
• Maintain CRM with clear notes.
• Work towards and exceed KPIs.
• Identify up selling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Coordinate with operations, bookings, finance to ensure smooth delivery.
• Deliver high-standard customer service at all times.
