Job summary

Milwaukee (TTI) is seeking a Tender Specialist focused on Safety to manage public and commercial tenders for our safety products. You will develop compelling proposals, ensure compliance, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.

The role requires proven tender management experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to drive end-to-end bid processes in a fast-paced environment. A UK driving licence is required.

• Experience with large-scale commercial tenders.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of Milwaukee’s Safety portfolio to accurately reflect capabilities in tender documents.
• Navigate public sector procurement frameworks and ensure submissions meet government tender requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Technical teams to gather bid information.
• Analyse customer requirements and competitor activity to shape winning bid strategies.
• Ensure tenders meet compliance criteria and are accurate and professional.
