Analytical Services International Ltd is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to own bid activity across the Group. You will coordinate with SMEs and senior stakeholders to deliver strong, compliant tender submissions in a specialist, regulated environment.

This standalone role focuses on quality, consistency and timely delivery across opportunities with a manageable volume. You will work closely with the business to drive winning proposals and maintain a robust bid library.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering bids from identification to submission.
• Strong writing and editing skills for compelling responses.
• Familiarity with public sector portals and procurement processes.
• Ability to coordinate input from multiple stakeholders and manage priorities.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full bid lifecycle from opportunity identification through to submission and post-tender review.
• Monitor tender mailboxes and procurement portals, maintaining visibility of opportunities.
• Review tender documentation, support bid/no-bid decisions, and handle clarifications.
• Plan, coordinate and lead bid activity with clear timelines and responsibilities.
• Develop high-quality, tailored responses aligned to client requirements.
• Build and maintain a credible bid library with up-to-date content.
• Coordinate commercial input to align pricing with the bid response.
• Ensure submissions are compliant, accurate and well-documented.
• Maintain records and reporting on bid performance and pipeline status.
• Capture feedback and drive continuous improvement in bid content.
