Global Sports Jobs Limited is seeking a Safety & Security professional based at the Etihad Campus in Manchester to lead safe delivery of matchdays and events. You will protect spectators, staff, players and visitors while upholding high standards of safety, security and compliance across the Etihad Campus and City Football Academy.

Qualifications

• Experience planning safety and security operations for large-scale sporting or entertainment events.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Safety of Sports Grounds regulations and Green Guide.

Responsibilities

• Help plan, manage and assure safety and security operations for fixtures and events.
• Act as a Safety Officer or Deputy Safety Officer when needed.
• Make practical operational decisions to protect everyone on site and support a positive spectator experience.
• Prepare risk assessments, event briefings and operational orders with the Safety and Security team.
• Ensure arrangements meet applicable safety legislation and club policies.
• Support resource planning and welfare of staff and agency personnel.
• Collaborate with Campus teams and external partners to deliver joined-up safety arrangements.
• Escalate safeguarding concerns in line with Club policies and statutory guidance.
