Job summary

City Football Group is seeking a on-site events coordinator at Manchester City's Etihad Campus. You will help coordinate event delivery, set-up and close-down, and ensure each booking runs smoothly with high standards of service.

You will walk customer journeys, brief teams, manage stock and AV equipment, and support customer service on event days, keeping a welcoming environment and attention to detail. This role suits proactive, organised individuals with good IT skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in events, hospitality or venue operations in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.
• A proactive approach with the ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong organisational skills and close attention to detail.
• Awareness of First Aid and Health and Safety regulations
• Confidence working independently and using your initiative.
• Basic IT literacy, including Microsoft Outlook and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the moving parts that keep events running well and act as a reliable point of contact.
• Support event set-up and close-down, walk customer journeys, brief teams and work with internal colleagues to deliver requirements.
• Assist customer service on event days, handle queries and maintain a calm, welcoming environment.
• Manage event stock control and ordering (AV equipment, stationery, football gear) and maintain high standards.
