Manchester City FC is seeking a versatile events assistant to support the delivery of non-matchday activities at the Etihad Campus. You will help coordinate setup, brief teams, and ensure each event runs smoothly with high standards.

Qualificações

• Experience in events, hospitality or venue operations in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.
• A proactive approach with the ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong organisational skills and close attention to detail.
• Awareness of First Aid and Health and Safety regulations.
• Confidence working independently and using your initiative.
• Basic IT literacy, including Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
