Abri is seeking a Safer Homes Scheduling Operations Planner to join our team and support our trades operatives in delivering a timely, efficient repairs service, with a first-time fix approach.
You will manage operatives' diaries, coordinate repairs and servicing, keep customers updated, and work with contractors to ensure materials and services are in place when needed. Based at our London office, five days a week.

Your attention to detail and organisation will help create a seamless experience for both our customers and colleagues – minimising disruption and keeping everything on track.
This role will be based at our Londonoffice, Emily House – 5 days per week.
