Job summary

Abri in Bracknell is seeking a Safer Homes Scheduling Operations Planner to help keep our repairs service on track. You will ensure the right operative visits the right job at the right time, coordinating diaries and materials to deliver timely, first-time fix outcomes.

This office-based role requires clear communication with customers, contractors and suppliers, and a proactive approach to emergencies and overdue services.

• Plan and manage operatives' diaries to ensure the right colleague is in the right place at the right time.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance and servicing to keep operations running smoothly for customers.
• Ensure emergency work and overdue services are picked up quickly and completed in line with commitments.
• Maintain clear, timely updates with customers and set expectations for each step.
• Work closely with contractors and suppliers to have materials, equipment and services in place when needed.

We’re excited to be looking for a Safer Homes Scheduling Operations Planner to join our team – supporting our fantastic trades operatives to deliver a timely, efficient repairs service for our customers, always promoting our first time fix approach.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll play a key role in keeping our repairs and servicing operation running smoothly – making sure the right colleague gets to the right job at the right time.

• Planning and managing our operatives’ diaries so the right colleague is in the right place at the right time
• Coordinating repairs, maintenance and servicing to keep everything running smoothly for our customers
• Making sure emergency work and overdue services are picked up quickly and completed in line with our commitments
• Keeping in touch with our customers, giving clear, timely updates and making sure they know what to expect every step of the way
• Working closely with contractors and suppliers to ensure materials, equipment and services are in place when needed

Your attention to detail and organisation will help create a seamless experience for both our customers and colleagues – minimising disruption and keeping everything on track.

This role will be office based 5 days per week.
