About the role

You’ll be responsible for the delivery of carpentry maintenance repairs/installations, as well as being capable of additional types of work with your skill set. You’ll use your multi-skilled expertise to diagnose, repair and improve homes – always aiming to get things right first time.

You’ll be the friendly face of Abri, keeping customers informed, reassured and confident in the service they receive.

What you’ll be doing

• You’ll carry out a variety of repairs and maintenance across our homes, from carpentry and plumbing to general multi-trade work
• Working both inside and out, including homes, communal areas, fencing and groundworks
• Planning your day effectively and seeing each job through to a great standard, with customer satisfaction at the heart of what you do
• Keeping in touch with customers and colleagues so everyone feels informed and supported
• Being part of a supportive team, helping each other out and working together to deliver a great service
