Job summary

NHS Professionals seeks a part-time Safeguarding Administrator for the East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust, based at Buckland Hospital, Dover. The 22.5-hour week runs Tue–Thu, 9am–5pm, with Band 3 pay (£12.94 per hour).

This temporary role supports safeguarding operations in the Dover area and offers NHS-focused training and a supportive team. You will perform scanning, filing, data entry and routine research in hospital systems, while handling sensitive information.

Job Description

The admin role involves scanning, filing (both electronic and paper), data entry, basic research using hospital systems, general office duties and the handling of sensitive and distressing information. Full training will be provided.
