Responsibilities

• Sit between the customer's problem and the platform to determine what should happen.
• Perform proper discovery by analyzing usage data to identify inefficiencies.
• Design solutions on the platform and instruct customers on usage.
• Identify repeated issues and fix them once rather than multiple times.
• Advise when the platform is not the right solution.
