Job summary

KYND Limited in London seeks a Solutions Consultant to bridge Sales, Product and Engineering. You will run technical discovery, deliver product demonstrations, and design integrations that let customers realise rapid value.

You will own response to RFPs, draft integration guides, and work with Partners and customers to align workflows with KYND's platform. A background in SaaS integration and strong written outputs is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a Solutions/Implementation/Sales Engineer role in SaaS.
• Proven track record delivering technical discovery and solution delivery.
• Hands-on with SaaS integration blocks and troubleshooting.
• Experience with APIs, JSON, webhooks, and Postman/Insomnia.
• Knowledge of API keys, OAuth2; SSO knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Present KYND’s products in technical pre-sales discussions.
• Collaborate with sales to map customer needs to KYND solutions.
• Ensure integrations embed into customer workflows and deliver value.
• Draft business process flows and onboarding/integration support.
• Support RFPs and security questionnaires with technical input.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to feed insights.
