Harri in London is seeking a Solutions Consultant to help operators worldwide unlock the value of our SaaS platform and drive recurring revenue. You will enable prospects and customers through product demonstrations, discovery calls, and tailored solutions that address real business needs.

This full-time role partners with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to relay feedback, craft proposals, and stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• Experience selling SaaS to hospitality/retail sectors.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Experience with API integrations and cloud-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Teams to conduct discovery calls and tailor demonstrations.
• Deliver Engaging Product Demonstrations for stakeholders (executives, IT, end users).
• Design & Configure Solutions based on customer requirements.
• Act as a Trusted Advisor with industry insights and best practices.
