Job summary

Caseware, a leading SaaS organization, is seeking a highly motivated Solutions Consultant to join our team. The role supports our largest strategic customers during evaluations and implementations of Caseware solutions, working remotely within the UK.

You will partner with Strategic Account Managers, develop value-driven demo strategies, coordinate migrations from legacy systems, and help deliver scalable services across offices and overseas projects.

Qualifications

• Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills.
• Strong ability to understand and interpret stakeholder needs.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments and coordinating multiple deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Strategic Account Managers to evaluate and implement Caseware products.
• Develop project plans and ensure key requirements are addressed.
• Create and maintain product demo strategies that focus on value and benefits.
• Support customer evaluations and migrations to Caseware solutions.
• Coordinate internal resources to address customer issues and improvements.
• Contribute to knowledge base for the team and share customer feedback.
• Attend industry events and participate in thought leadership activities.
