Nobul Resourcing Solutions Limited is hiring a fully remote Solutions Consultant in the UK. In this role you will sit between customer problems and the platform, running discovery, analyzing usage data, and designing the right platform responses.

You will spot when common issues indicate a broader fix, communicate with non-technical users, and build the case for changes, owning named accounts and driving adoption from discovery to delivery.

Formación

• Experience in SaaS environments and an ability to articulate solutions to non-technical customers.
• Proven experience running discovery and influencing product/configuration based on customer needs.
• Experience owning named accounts and driving adoption and outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Sits between customer problems and the platform to determine what should happen.
• Runs proper discovery and analyzes usage data to identify where users are overworking.
• Designs platform responses and demonstrates how to use the platform to customers.
• Identifies when multiple accounts share the same underlying problem and advocates for a single fix.
