Job summary

This senior, hands‑on role focuses on technical direction more than people management, with mentoring and targeted contributions to complex problems.

Qualifications

• Significant commercial software‑engineering experience with C#/.NET.
• Experience owning or shaping the technical direction and architecture.
• Designing APIs, distributed systems, and service‑based applications.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and CI/CD practices.
• Mentoring engineers and leading through influence.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the SaaS platform's technical strategy and roadmap.
• Set engineering standards, architecture, and platform design.
• Lead major technical decisions and design reviews with stakeholders.
• Drive AI‑assisted development workflows and governance.
• Mentor engineers and improve observability, security, and reliability.
