Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a highly skilled .NET / C# Technical Lead to drive design, development, and delivery of our financial software platform. You will mentor a backend team, shape architecture, and ensure scalable, reliable services across portfolio management, order management, and trading modules.

The role combines hands-on coding with architectural leadership, working in a Hybrid setup in the United Kingdom.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on proficiency in .NET, .NET Core, C#, MS SQL Server and T-SQL.
• Proven experience in a technical leadership role with delivery coordination.
• Excellent knowledge of software architecture, microservices, and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of financial software using .NET/.NET Core, C#, and microservices.
• Drive technical decisions and contribute to solution architecture for scalable, secure, and reliable systems.
• Mentor a team of backend developers and oversee code reviews, standards, and delivery quality.
• Coordinate Agile ceremonies and collaborate with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and cross-functional teams.
