Job summary

Notified is seeking an enthusiastic Implementation Project Manager (Onboarding Specialist) to deliver top-notch support and services for Investor Relations clients. You will become a subject matter expert on Notified products, tailoring solutions to meet each client's IR needs and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in communications, marketing or business administration.
• At least 2 years of client service experience.
• At least 2 years of project management experience.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• Previous SaaS experience is beneficial.
• Nice-to-have HTML/Photoshop skills.

Responsibilities

• Client Liaison: primary contact for assigned clients and consultative support.
• Tailored Implementation: customize and implement IR websites to meet client needs.
• Project Management: manage and prioritize activities to complete tasks on time and within scope.
• Transparent Communication: keep clients informed about timelines and deliverables.
• Status Reporting: provide detailed project progress updates to management.
• Team Collaboration: work with internal teams to ensure quality service.
• Client Education: train clients on product features and best practices.
• Client Satisfaction: exceed client expectations with mutually beneficial solutions.
• Quality Service: identify obstacles and report them with actionable feedback.
• Industry Knowledge: stay updated on IR/PR developments.
