Job summary

EcoOnline is seeking an Implementation Consultant (SaaS Solutions) to lead customer onboarding projects, facilitate discovery workshops, configure solutions and guide customers through successful adoption.

You will own end-to-end project delivery, elicit and validate requirements, manage stakeholder engagement, and ensure smooth handover to BAU while contributing to best practices within Professional Services.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years’ experience in SaaS, software implementation or professional services.
• Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Understanding of the software implementation lifecycle.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding projects from initiation through BAU transition.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and document client requirements.
• Configure solutions and ensure quality testing and adoption.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and drive project decisions.
• Act as the primary customer contact and transfer knowledge to the client.
