Job summary

EcoOnline in the UK is seeking an Implementation Consultant (SaaS Solutions) to lead customer onboarding projects, run discovery workshops, configure solutions and guide customers through successful adoption. You will own end-to-end project delivery, elicit client requirements, design scalable EcoOnline configurations, and ensure delivery quality in line with agreed objectives.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in SaaS, software implementation, Professional Services, Customer Success or consulting.
• Experience acting as a customer-facing point of contact during projects or onboarding.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into software solutions.
• Strong understanding of the software implementation lifecycle.
• Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Delivery from initiation to BAU.
• Elicit, document and validate client requirements and translate into scalable EcoOnline solutions.
• Configure systems and ensure testing and delivery quality aligns with standards.
• Facilitate customer workshops and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Maintain primary client contact and enable adoption and transition to BAU.
• Share implementation best practices across the Professional Services organisation.
