Job summary

Firstup is seeking a Service Consultant who leads customer implementations, manages technical configuration, and ensures a successful product launch. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, translate customer requirements into actionable plans, and drive onboarding, integrations, and customizations.

In this role you will guide projects from kickoff to launch, communicate progress and risks clearly, and empower customers with comprehensive documentation and hands-on training to maximize

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a tech-related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in client-facing SaaS roles coordinating implementations.
• Experience with Enterprise SaaS applications and large ARR.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain expertise with the Firstup platform and tailor implementations to customer goals.
• Lead end-to-end onboarding, configuration, and customization efforts.
• Serve as primary liaison for customers, managing risks and dependencies.
• Create implementation documentation, guides, and training materials.
• Guide product setup, integrations with HRIS or other systems, and data accuracy.
• Support launch readiness and provide post-launch technical support.
