Job summary

SFG20 is seeking an Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services team and help customers adopt our solutions. This role is highly customer-focused, involving workshops, demonstrations, training sessions and project meetings to ensure customers achieve lasting value from their investment.

You'll lead implementation projects, build strong relationships, facilitate discovery sessions, and collaborate across Professional Services, Customer Success, Sales, Product and Support to

Qualifications

• Experience implementing SaaS or B2B software in a customer-facing role.
• Experience with Facilities Management, Asset Management or Built Environment software.
• Knowledge of CAFM, CMMS, IWMS or similar platforms.
• Understanding of building maintenance or asset management processes.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into software solutions.
• Strong project coordination and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementation projects from initiation to adoption and completion.
• Build strong relationships with customers and act as primary contact during projects.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops to understand processes and objectives.
• Deliver product demonstrations, training, and implementation workshops.
• Create and manage implementation plans, milestones, and activities.
• Configure the SFG20 platform to align with customer requirements.
• Analyse and import customer data using Microsoft Excel.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
