Job summary

EcoOnline is seeking an Implementation Consultant (SaaS Solutions) to lead customer onboarding projects, run discovery workshops, configure solutions and guide customers through successful adoption.

You will engage with stakeholders, translate requirements into scalable EcoOnline designs, ensure quality and drive adoption as part of the Professional Services team in a hybrid UK role.

Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS implementation projects and onboarding.
• Ability to elicit, document and translate client requirements into actionable designs.
• Proven track record in facilitating workshops with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong ownership of project delivery from initiation to BAU.
• Experience creating functional specifications and implementation documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Delivery from initiation to BAU, on time and within scope.
• Elicit, document and validate client requirements and translate them into EcoOnline solutions.
• Configure systems, support testing and ensure delivery quality.

About the Role

As an Implementation Consultant (SaaS Solutions), you will lead customer onboarding projects, facilitate discovery workshops, configure solutions and guide customers through successful adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. End-to-End Project Delivery

  Accountable for successfully delivering implementation projects from initiation through transition to Business as Usual (BAU), ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to agreed customer objectives.

• 2. Client Requirements & Solution Design

  Accountable for effectively eliciting, documenting and validating client requirements and translating them into scalable EcoOnline solutions aligned with implementation best practices.

• 3. System Configuration & Quality Assurance

  Accountable for accurate system configuration, testing support and delivery quality, ensuring adherence to implementation standards and agreed success criteria.

• 4. Stakeholder Engagement & Workshop Facilitation

  Accountable for facilitating customer workshops, managing stakeholder expectations, protecting project scope and driving effective decision making throughout implementations.

• 5. Client Relationship Management & Knowledge Transfer

  Accountable for acting as the primary customer contact throughout implementation projects, building trusted relationships and ensuring successful adoption and transition to BAU.

• 6. Continuous Improvement

  Accountable for contributing to implementation best practices, process improvements and knowledge sharing across the Professional Services organisation.

What we're looking for

• 2-5 years’ experience within SaaS, software implementation, Professional Services, Customer Success, Business Analysis or consulting environments.

• Experience acting as a customer-facing point of contact during projects or onboarding engagements.

• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into software solutions.

• Strong understanding of the software implementation lifecycle.

• Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions.

• Experience creating and maintaining functional specifications, implementation documentation or business requirements.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
