Job summary

Five Sigma Ltd. is seeking a Project Manager to join our Professional Services team.

You will lead the onboarding and deployment of new customers on the Five Sigma SaaS platform, coordinating with customer teams and internal development and product groups to configure applications and ensure smooth go-lives. Responsibilities include planning large-scale implementations, managing risks, and guiding projects from initiation to post-go-live support, while maintaining scope, time, and budget

Qualifications

• Project planning experience across large-scale or strategic initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiation, planning, execution, and go-live of projects on time and within scope and budget.
• Assess complex situations and identify viable solutions for customers.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain clear progress communications.
• Ensure proper use of project management methodology, tools, and governance.
• Conduct risk analysis, develop contingency plans, and trigger mitigation actions.
• Build trust with clients by understanding organizational processes and goals.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to capture requirements and ensure successful implementations.
• Oversee transition to support post-production and train end-users.
