Qualifications

• 5+ years in software implementation project management for SaaS.
• Experience with Access Control Systems or related technologies.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise-scale customer projects.
• Strong communication with customers, stakeholders and teams.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent customer implementations from initiation to launch.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to define objectives and scope.
• Ensure projects meet deadlines, scope, and budget.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and PM tools.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
