Job summary

Plusgrade Travel is seeking a Project Manager for a 1-year fixed-term contract to lead the delivery of partner launches across airlines, cruise lines, and rail providers. You will oversee 2–5 concurrent SaaS implementations from scope definition to go-live, coordinating with executives and engineering teams on API configurations, PSS integrations, and payment gateways.

You will replace routine project administration with AI-assisted workflows, maintain robust risk logs and documentation in Jira

Qualifications

• Experience delivering multi-client SaaS implementations.
• Ability to translate technical details into business context for executives.
• Strong track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical and operational delivery of partner launches across airlines, cruise lines, and rail providers.
• Manage two to five concurrent SaaS implementations from scope definition to go-live.
• Partner with external executives and internal engineering teams on API configurations, PSS integrations, and payment gateways.
• Proactively manage risks and timelines to ensure governance and quality.
