Job summary

Teemill is seeking an Implementation & Customer Success Manager for its PodOS platform. You will own the customer journey from signing through go-live and early-life support, coordinating Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Operations to ensure a smooth deployment.

You’ll lead onboarding sessions, manage multiple implementations, and build strong relationships while solving technical challenges and ensuring a successful go-live.

Qualifications

• Experience managing customer onboarding or technology deployment projects.
• Ability to manage multiple implementations concurrently.
• Strong organizational and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer implementation journey from contract handover to go-live and early-life support.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to keep projects on schedule, within scope and budget.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and maintain clear communications.
• Create and manage implementation plans, milestones and dependencies.
• Identify risks and drive resolution across engineering, product and success teams.
