Job summary

Firstup is seeking a Service Consultant who acts as a functional and technical SME for customer implementations, configuration, and customization. You will guide customers through the implementation lifecycle, coordinating key activities and stakeholders to ensure readiness for launch.

Responsibilities include onboarding, end-to-end implementation, customization, project management, troubleshooting, and knowledge sharing to empower customers. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a tech-related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in client-facing SaaS roles within a $100M+ ARR company.
• Experience with Enterprise SaaS applications and integrations.
• Experience coordinating customer implementations from kickoff to launch.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of API integration and data privacy concepts (GDPR/CCPA).
• Excellent verbal and written communication for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Act as a functional and technical SME on the Firstup platform during customer implementations.
• Lead onboarding, setup, configuration, and customization activities.
• Coordinate milestones, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder responsibilities.
• Serve as main contact for progress updates, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Create implementation documentation, training materials, and run sessions.
• Guide product setup and integrations with HRIS and other systems.
• Support launch readiness and post-launch transition to ongoing management.
