Job summary

Moody’s is seeking an experienced advisory professional to help clients implement and integrate solutions, sharing expert guidance on APIs and integration approaches.

You will collaborate with project managers and clients, conduct workshops, and support deployments. The role emphasizes training, technical documentation, and knowledge transfer to client teams, with focus on AI-enabled workflows and responsible innovation.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a customer-facing technical role in SaaS.
• Strong API understanding (REST/SOAP) to support integrations.
• Knowledge of cloud-based applications and services.
• Analytical, problem-solving and ability to translate requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience delivering technical training or workshops.
• Fluency in English; additional languages preferred.
• Awareness of AI concepts and responsible AI use.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to implement and integrate solutions through advisory services.
• Collaborate with project managers, customer success, and clients to gather requirements.
• Conduct workshops and training on API capabilities and integration approaches.
• Diagnose and resolve integration issues and support deployments.
• Participate in integration testing and user acceptance testing.
• Provide knowledge transfer to client administrators and dev teams.
• Maintain project information in internal systems for tracking.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and guides.
