Qualifications

• 3+ years delivering software implementations or technology adoption programs.
• Strong client-facing delivery with requirements gathering and onboarding.
• Experience enabling AI, automation and data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and adoption activities for generative AI and data solutions.
• Manage customer engagements from discovery through onboarding and training.
• Conduct workflow assessments to identify AI-enabled improvements.
• Support configuration, integrations and technical setup.
• Deliver demos, workshops and training remotely or on-site.
• Create onboarding guides and implementation documentation.
• Provide guidance for stable deployments and adoption.
• Collaborate with customers to validate use cases and opportunities.
