Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a customer-facing technical role in SaaS.
• Strong understanding of REST and SOAP APIs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to implement and integrate solutions through expert advisory services and technical guidance.
• Collaborate with project managers, customer success managers, product consultants, and clients to gather requirements and recommend solutions.
• Conduct workshops, demonstrations, and training sessions on API capabilities, integration approaches, and best practices.
• Support clients during implementation by diagnosing and resolving integration issues and challenges.
• Participate in integration testing and user acceptance testing to ensure successful deployment.
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to client admins and integration teams.
• Maintain accurate project information in internal systems for tracking and enhancement requests.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including integration guides and troubleshooting materials.
• Partner with product teams to provide client feedback and stay current on trends and regulatory requirements.
