Job summary

Moody's Investors Service is seeking a Solutions Delivery professional to lead AI-enabled implementations and customer adoption. You will guide onboarding, gather requirements, configure solutions, and deliver training both remotely and on-site across global customers.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in technology adoption or software implementations, strong client-facing skills, and experience with CRM/ERP platforms and API integrations. The role includes travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required; Master's preferred.
• 3+ years delivering software implementations or technology adoption programs.
• Strong client-facing delivery experience including onboarding and training.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, data integration, and ERP/CRM platforms.
• Ability to identify AI-enabled improvements and explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation, onboarding and adoption activities for AI and data solutions.
• Manage engagements from discovery through onboarding, training and feedback.
• Conduct workflow assessments to identify use cases and AI opportunities.
• Support solution configuration, access, integrations and technical setup.
• Deliver remote and on-site product demonstrations, workshops and training.
• Create customer-facing prompts, dashboards and implementation docs.
• Provide guidance for stable deployments and effective adoption.
• Collaborate with customers to validate use cases and support commercial opportunities.
• Coordinate with client technical teams to resolve product and data issues.
• Maintain accurate project and pipeline reporting; contribute to knowledge sharing.
