Job summary

Moody’s Corporation seeks a technically skilled professional to lead client integrations and advisory services for SaaS solutions. You will implement and optimize API-based integrations, guide cloud-based designs, and transfer knowledge through targeted trainings and workshops.

You will work closely with clients, product teams, and project managers to translate complex requirements into actionable specifications and scalable solutions, while promoting responsible AI-enabled practices.

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, preferably within a SaaS environment, delivering implementation and integration solutions.
Strong understanding of APIs (REST and SOAP) to support client integrations and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of cloud-based applications and services with ability to advise clients on integration best practices and solution design.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex business and technical requirements and recommend solutions.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills to translate technical concepts into actionable guidance.
Experience providing technical training, workshops, or knowledge transfer sessions to clients, admins, or development teams.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages preferred.
Demonstrated proficiency in AI concepts with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities

Partner with clients to implement and integrate solutions through advisory services and technical guidance.
Collaborate with project managers, customer success managers, product consultants, and clients to gather requirements and propose solutions.
Conduct workshops, demonstrations, and training sessions on API capabilities, integration approaches, and best practices.
Support clients during implementation by diagnosing and resolving integration issues and technical challenges.
Participate in integration testing and user acceptance testing to ensure successful deployments.
Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to client administrators and integration development teams.
Maintain accurate project information using internal systems for issue tracking, time reporting, and enhancements.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including integration guides and troubleshooting materials.
