Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading or managing software engineers, coaching through influence
• Hands-on backend/platform engineering with production-grade systems
• Proven track record delivering AI/ML solutions at scale with ethical governance and risk awareness

Responsibilities

• Embed in high-priority AI-powered projects, guiding architectural decisions across squads
• Coach multiple engineers, partnering with PMs and tech leads
• Stay hands-on by reviewing code, shipping changes, and leading incidents when needed
• Drive cross-team alignment and adoption of best practices and reliability standards
• Develop engineers through one-on-one coaching and career discussions
• Build trust with stakeholders via clear communication and risk visibility
• Shape technical direction and foster responsible AI adoption
