Job summary

Frontify is seeking a seasoned Solutions Consultant to become the go-to expert on the platform, guiding internal teams and customers on capabilities, best practices, and creative solutions. You will partner with Sales and Customer Success to evaluate and convert opportunities, while designing tailored demonstrations and integrations with essential tools like Figma, InDesign, CMS, and automation platforms.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or similar customer-facing tech role (SaaS).
• Strong technical curiosity with a commercial mindset to help customers solve business challenges.
• Able to quickly learn new products and become trusted expert for internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiar with design/automation tools like Figma, InDesign, Make.com, n8n; APIs/SDKs a plus.
• Able to explain complex tech concepts clearly and influence decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Become the go-to expert on Frontify for internal teams and customers.
• Deliver technical consultations with Sales and Customer Success to convert opportunities.
• Demonstrate Frontify capabilities through tailored demos and solution design.
• Advise on integrating Frontify with tools like Figma, InDesign, CMS, automation tools, and others.
• Deepen knowledge of Frontify APIs, SDKs, and extensibility to solve complex challenges.
• Capture customer feedback to influence product strategy and future development.
• Create scalable enablement content, documentation, and training with Product Marketing/Management.
• Explore new technologies and workflows to strengthen Frontify's consulting capabilities.
• Work in a hybrid model, spending 1-2 days weekly in St. Gallen or London office.
