Job summary

Benifex is a fast-growing UK technology company delivering online reward and benefits solutions. We seek an Associate Implementation Consultant to configure customer solutions within scope and methodology, collaborating with our delivery team to meet milestones.

You will work across testing, documentation, and customer readiness, with support from Senior Leaders as you grow your skills in platform configuration and implementation practice.

Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS implementation, configuration and customer-facing delivery roles.
• Ability to follow defined delivery methodology and governance.
• Attention to detail with configuration testing and documentation.
• Capable of managing tasks and communicating progress clearly.

Responsibilities

• Complete defined configuration and testing activities using established approaches.
• Work with Implementation Consultants and Solution Consultants on feasible build approaches.
• Complete assigned build tasks to plan, ensuring quality standards.
• Support testing, investigations, defect resolution, and customer readiness activities.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, QA, Data and Project Managers as part of the delivery team.
• Create and maintain customer knowledge articles and build documentation.
