Benifex Limited is seeking a Solution Consultant to bridge customers and internal technical teams, delivering employee benefits portal implementations across UK&I and international markets. You will translate requirements into best-practice designs, own your solutions end-to-end, and present technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

You will thrive in a proactive, problem-solving role, build trusted relationships with customers and brokers, and contribute to our growing benefits technology

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing, requirements-gathering role within a project delivery environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously.
• Experience on system integration projects, ideally HR or payroll integrations.
• Strong ownership mindset with high accountability.
• Excellent communication skills for varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead collaboration with customers, brokers and benefit providers across UK&I and international markets.
• Gather, document and analyse customer requirements and produce detailed solution designs.
• Partner with technical colleagues to design feasible, scalable solutions meeting goals.
• Identify risks early and design robust end-to-end processes and workflows.
• Deliver solutions focused on user experience for employees and administrators.
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders.
• Act as subject matter expert on benefits and Benifex solutions for internal teams.
• Support product development with customer and market insights.
• Represent Benifex as a solution expert in sales meetings when required.
• Contribute to best-practice libraries, processes and implementation standards.
