Job summary

Harvey Nash Group is seeking an experienced Delivery/Implementation Manager to lead deployments of a SAAS platform for external clients. This customer-facing role requires engaging with client stakeholders as well as internal technical and data teams to onboard and implement the solution.

Responsibilities include ongoing governance, reporting, and handling change requests, with potential transition into a Technical Account Manager role post-deployment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated project management experience delivering SAAS solutions to external clients.
• Strong ability to manage stakeholders and communicate at all levels.
• Experience with change requests and ensuring successful onboarding of clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployments of the SAAS platform to client organisations and ensure successful onboarding.
• Act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and internal technical/data teams.
• Provide ongoing governance, reporting (RAG status), and status updates to customers and sponsors.
• Coordinate procurement-related activities if applicable and manage change requests.
• Serve in a Technical Account Manager capacity after deployment to sustain customer success.
