Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience delivering and governing enterprise applications.
• Strong leadership of Agile/Scrum teams.
• Experience with Azure, Azure DevOps, CI/CD.
• App architecture, databases and systems integration.
• Incident, debt, vulnerability management experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery and operational management of critical business applications.
• Translate business priorities into deliverable technical solutions with Product Managers and stakeholders.
• Lead Agile/Scrum delivery including sprint planning and release planning.
• Provide technical leadership to engineers, architects, business analysts and suppliers.
• Manage application support, incidents, problems and defects.
• Oversee monitoring, availability, performance, patching, upgrades and maintenance.
• Drive continuous improvement, technical debt reduction and automation.
• Support DevOps and CI/CD practices and deployment automation.
• Ensure security, architecture, governance and resilience standards.
• Manage changes, releases and testing.
