Based in Birmingham with hybrid working 1-2 days per week, the role offers progression and exposure to senior leadership on high‑impact projects, while shaping an evolving implementation function within a growing automotive business.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive technology or automotive SaaS environments.
• Proven track record delivering software or SaaS implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
• Experience gathering requirements and facilitating workshops.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with software delivery and implementation methodologies.
• Comfortable coordinating between customers, product teams and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations from discovery to go-live.
• Manage onboarding and adoption of software platforms.
• Gather and translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
• Act as the liaison between customers, Product and Engineering teams.
• Run workshops and stakeholder meetings.
• Manage implementation timelines and delivery success.
• Build strong customer relationships throughout projects.
• Support continuous improvement of implementation processes.
