Our Utilities client is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Integrations Delivery Manager to join their major digital transformation, aligned to the Integration Workstream of an Oracle HCM programme. This is a pivotal role where you’ll work closely with SI partners and third‑party providers to coordinate integration build, testing, deployment and transition activities of an Oracle HCM implementation.

Location: Reading, England, United Kingdom

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage design and build documentation for HCM integrations.
• Support reporting, risk reviews, and delivery assurance.
• Track integration progress against programme milestones.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience as a Project Manager with Oracle HCM SaaS experience.
