Job summary

Build Concierge in Leeds is seeking a Customer Learning Manager to design structured onboarding and ongoing education for customers and internal teams. You will translate complex SaaS concepts into practical training, build training resources, and shape a scalable academy.

You will collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Solutions, Product and Development to accelerate value, improve adoption and empower users across administrator, operator and manager roles.

Qualifications

• Proven experience training or enabling customers on a SaaS platform.
• The ability to explain technical concepts such as APIs, workflows and integrations in a clear and accessible way.
• Experience designing structured training programmes, onboarding journeys or learning pathways.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to lead training sessions and workshops.
• A highly organised and process‑driven approach with excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to work collaboratively across different teams and build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Designing structured customer onboarding programmes that align with implementation timelines.
• Delivering engaging live and recorded training sessions.
• Providing on-site training, onboarding and workshops at customer locations when required.
• Creating tailored learning journeys for different types of platform users.
• Helping customers understand how to use and manage their workflows effectively from day one.
