Job summary

Yorkshire Housing in Leeds is seeking a Learning and Development Trainer to design and deliver engaging learning solutions that support our People and Culture Strategy. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to build capability and bring our culture to life.

You’ll design accessible learning across digital, eLearning, face-to-face and blended formats, support onboarding, and lead leadership development initiatives to empower current and aspiring leaders.

• Proven experience in Learning and Development.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work flexibly in an agile environment.
• Naturally a strong coach; curiosity is natural.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and delivery: Create accessible and inclusive learning solutions across digital, eLearning, face-to-face and blended formats.
• Onboarding: Support managers with onboarding and deliver engaging welcome sessions.
• Leadership and management development: Design and deliver leadership programmes and development initiatives.
• Building relationships: Build trusted stakeholder relationships and manage learning projects from scoping to delivery and evaluation.
• Inspire a growth mindset: Encourage feedback and continuous learning; champion coaching and measure impact.
